Helping Others...Tell Your Friends About It!

Whenever I see homeless people on the street, I feel bad for them for about a second, and then I start thinking about something else. But as I think about it now, I realize that they probably don’t have enough food or clothes, and that I could make a big difference in their lives. One way I would do this is by donating things that I don’t need anymore, such as clothes and toys. Also, I could put canned foods in donation bins that I see at the store. Whenever I go to buy new shoes, I throw my old ones away. Instead of doing that, I could put them in a bin that is for donating shoes at the shoe store. I could tell my friends and family to do that too! Sometimes when I am walking down the street, I see signs that are advertising something. I could start putting signs up telling people to start donating clothes and shoes. Asking for people to help a charity would be helpful too. Last but not least, telling people to help the homeless is a great way to change a person’s life. Think of how happy they would be when they receive more clothes or food! So start spreading the word about how you can help change a person’s life and make them happier! What Animal Am I Most Like? Hi, this is Alanna! This is my essay on what animal I would most represent. On the KidFriendlyonline.Net online zoo, I am most like the tiger. I love to run around outside with my friends and play soccer. I’m on a soccer team and I’m very fast. Whenever I have a soccer game, I’m fierce like a tiger. I am very small for eleven, so when I steal the ball from someone that is much bigger than me, everyone is always amazed, and says I am fierce. I am also very protective of my twin brother. (I am two minutes older than him) I don’t let anyone bully him at school or at home.

Tigers travel in packs with their friends and family. I think. Anyway, I am always playing with my friends or spending time with my family, just like tigers. I can tell my friends a secret and they definitely won’t spill the beans. My family is great too. If I’m having trouble in a specific thing in math, they will help me understand it. I love going swimming with my friends just like tigers. Whenever I go to the beach, I’ll always swim far out in the ocean. Sometimes when I lose my temper I will start yelling at my brother. I am a very sensitive person, so I cry over the smallest things. But, usually I am a very happy person and always try to look at the positive side of life.

Tigers are very clever. I love doing math puzzles where I have to think. I am also very clever because when my teacher asks a hard question, I can usually figure it out. I also LOVE reading. Every night, I will read when I am supposed to be going to bed. My parents get mad, but they understand because they live reading too. I am also a very fast reader. I can finish about three books in four days. My favorite book series is Dear Dumb Diary, by Jim Benton. It is a diary about a girl in middle school. The books are so funny! I also like Beverly Clearly books.

These are the reasons why I am most like a tiger.
